“SEASSI is one of the few programs that yields significant gains in language competency in just two months. SEASSI and UW-Madison provide extensive resources, funding, cultural activities, networking opportunities, and professional development training for all its students! I could not recommend it more.”

“The highlights of the MEDLI program were working with my instructor and classmates to improve my Turkish language skills. The class grew a great rapport by the end of the eight weeks, so much as that I genuinely looked forward to attending four hours of class each day. For an intensive program where burnout is certainly possible, that says a lot!”

“Studying Nepali with SASLI will go down as one of the most gratifying experiences of my academic career. I learned foundational language skills that have increasing my confidence in achieving my academic and professional goals. I also met some fascinating academic colleagues with whom I hope to keep in touch. Thank you, SASLI, for a truly great summer. “
