We are so proud of Kylie Holland, WISLI Program Coordinator, who received a UW–Madison International Division Staff Excellence Award this week! Kylie was recognized for her outstanding leadership, professionalism, and dedication—and for “elevating the work of everyone around her,” as one nominator shared. She was also described as “an indispensable colleague” whose “exceptional reliability, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail” strengthen both her program and the broader International Division. She is known for her compassion, professionalism, and ability to approach complex, high-pressure situations with care and precision. Kylie is responsible for coordinating intensive summer language programs, responding to student and instructor needs, and fostering a supportive environment. Congratulations, Kylie!
