Adeola Agoke Publishes Yorùbá Dictionary for Foreign and Second Language Learners of Yorùbá

Cover image for Yorùbá Dictionary Adeola Agoke, Director of the African Languages Program and Assistant Teaching Professor of African Cultural Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has published a Proficiency-Based Dictionary of Yorùbá Language. This open-source, digital resource fills an important gap in language acquisition and learning. During the summer, Dr. Agoke teaches WISLI’s Intensive Multilanguage Seminar (MULTI), which supports students to engage in online, performance-based self-instructional language study of a less commonly taught language (LCTL).
