I accept the WISLI Tuition Scholarship offer and have read and understand the terms outlined below.

I understand that by submitting this form, I am accepting the offer of a WISLI Tuition Tuition Scholarship for Summer 2022 for my study at APTLI/CESSI/Multilanguage/SASLI/SEASSI/SIPI. I understand that the WISLI Tuition Scholarship will cover half of my tuition costs and will be applied directly to my tuition account. If I accept other scholarships, this will reflect the amount of funding I receive from WISLI.

I also understand that it is expected that no other outside factors (e.g. job, other courses or school work, etc.) will conflict with my study at WISLI and that I must maintain my registration and study for the entire period, or I may be liable for repayment of this award.

I also agree to work with a representative from WISLI to reflect on my experience with WISLI and the tuition scholarship and that this reflection may be used for marketing future programs.
